Our original, hand-made puff pastry dough is made to order in small batches with love, and lots of butter. 

We vacuum pack and freeze our dough to keep it as fresh as possible. You can keep it frozen for up to six months, or thaw and use it right away. It's ready to bake- just roll it out to the shape and size you need for your favourite recipe.
