Butter Boys uses 100% organic, non-GMO Canadian flour in all of our baking products, and we've sourced the best organic butter to go with it to make a dough that's as great to work with as it is to eat.

Organic butter is still super expensive these days and we haven't been able to find a supplier that provides a cost-effective product that's also of high quality for baking- we hope to be able to reduce the cost of this product as we grow and develop relationships with suppliers. Like life, we're a work in progress!
